I Thought I had a GTD Connect Membership For A Minute

Yesterday, I received an email from the David Allen Company saying that I had an account on GTD Connect, the premium subscription service offered by the company (at $45 a month, slightly out of my income range.) At first I wondered if the system had been opened up with a free level, then if it was a glitch, then if maybe it was some marketing promotion. I didn’t have time to look into it. Perhaps I should read the Getting Things Done book again…

I got my answer tonight. It was a glitch in the system. The system sent an email to me as a previous customer. I received a personalized response from the company explaining the situation. Cool. I appreciate a company making an effort to make things right, even small things that don’t add up to any real frustration.
